Teacher's Code of Conduct
Professional ethics, academic responsibilities, and standards expected of Sai Care College faculty
Sai Care College of Physiotherapy upholds the highest standards of academic professional ethics. Faculty members are expected to embody integrity, accountability, and excellence in all aspects of their role — as educators, mentors, and ambassadors of the institution.
Be regular and punctual in attending classes and performing assigned duties.
Maintain professional dignity and decorum in all interactions with students, colleagues, and staff.
Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and practicals diligently and in advance.
Follow the academic calendar and complete the prescribed syllabus within the stipulated time.
Conduct internal assessments and return evaluated scripts to students in a timely manner.
Participate in college development activities, academic events, and faculty meetings.
Maintain complete neutrality and impartiality in evaluation of students.
Provide academic counseling and mentorship to assigned students proactively.
Keep abreast of current developments in physiotherapy and update teaching content accordingly.
Avoid any form of private tuition to college students for personal remuneration.
Report any incident of academic malpractice to the Principal immediately.
Refrain from sharing confidential student or institutional information with unauthorized parties.
Treat all students equitably, without discrimination on any basis.
Follow all institutional policies, UGC / MUHS directives, and statutory regulations.
Any breach of the Teacher's Code of Conduct may be reported to the Principal or the College Management Committee. Findings may result in formal inquiry and appropriate corrective action as per institutional and statutory norms.
